This was actually sent to me by a close friend. This was Entertainment Weekly's Top 20 list of the Best Heroes and Villains of all time. And quite frankly, you wil definitely disagree with the rankings. Here's the list:

My... This is quite unagreeable. I guess we really need the coolest guy in this planet to create a list for these heroes and villains. I mean, this is quite unbelievable. Like for example, Buffy and Jack Bauer topping the more principled and heroic Batman? And the Wicked Witch of The Wizard of Oz beating off Vader and Joker? Come on...
